The Dean 826-1712 Motor Filter Pump with Gasket 115 VAC is an electric drive element that is used in compatible commercial fryer filtration systems. The motor is 115 volt powered and it drives the pump that circulates cooking oil in the filtration circuit during maintenance cycles. It is fitted into the filtration compartment of the fryer and is linked to the pump assembly which moves the oil between the fry pot and filter pan. This element is used in foodservice kitchens to assist in cleaning the oil by pushing the pump system that circulates the oil through the filter system.
