Hobart 00-346358-00002 Convection Oven High Limit Thermostat Disc Type

The Hobart 00-346358-00002 Convection Oven High Limit Thermostat Disc Type is a temperature safety control used in compatible commercial kitchen equipment. The disc-type thermostat monitors heat within the oven and responds when the sensed temperature reaches its preset limit. Installed near the heating area, it opens the electrical circuit when excessive temperature conditions occur, interrupting power to the heating elements. As the temperature falls to the thermostat’s reset point, the contact configuration can return to its operating state, depending on the design. This component works with the oven’s heating circuit to limit excessive heat and protect associated electrical and thermal components.
