Hobart 958827-000G3 Convection Oven High Limit Thermostat Disc Type

The Hobart 958827-000G3 Convection Oven High Limit Thermostat Disc Type is a thermal safety component used to detect excessive heat within compatible commercial kitchen assemblies. Its disc-type construction uses a temperature-responsive switching mechanism that changes the electrical contact state at a predetermined temperature. Installed at the designated high-limit sensing point, the component monitors heat generated around the oven chamber and heating area. When the measured temperature reaches the switching threshold, the thermostat changes the connected circuit condition to stop the associated heating operation. It works with the appliance’s electrical controls to provide a separate temperature-limit response during oven operation.
