Hobart 346537-00001 Convection Oven High Limit Thermostat Disc Type

The Hobart 346537-00001 Convection Oven High Limit Thermostat Disc Type is a thermal switching component used to monitor and limit excessive temperature in compatible food service equipment. The disc-style thermostat uses a temperature-sensitive mechanism that changes contact position when the monitored heat reaches its designated limit. Positioned at the specified sensing location within the oven assembly, it responds directly to temperature conditions around the heated compartment. When the threshold is exceeded, the electrical contacts switch state and interrupt the associated heating control circuit. This action allows the thermostat to operate as a secondary temperature safeguard alongside the oven’s normal regulating controls during operation.
