Hobart 346537-1 Convection Oven High Limit Thermostat Disc Type

The Hobart 346537-1 High Limit Thermostat Disc Type is a temperature-limit control used to protect compatible commercial convection oven heating circuits from excessive heat conditions. The disc-type mechanism senses surrounding temperature and operates an internal electrical contact when the preset thermal point is reached. Installed in the oven’s designated high-temperature sensing position, it remains connected to the appliance control wiring while monitoring heat near the cooking chamber. If the temperature rises above the switching threshold, the contact changes state to interrupt the related heating circuit. The thermostat then works with the oven controls to regulate the safety response as operating conditions change.
