Hobart 00-346537-00001 Convection Oven High Limit Thermostat Disc Type

The Hobart 00-346537-00001 Convection Oven High Limit Thermostat Disc Type is a thermal safety component used in compatible commercial systems to limit excessive operating temperature. Its disc-style sensing element responds to heat near the designated high-temperature monitoring point and changes the electrical contact state when the preset limit is reached. Installed within the oven’s heating or control circuit, it interrupts power to the heating components when temperatures rise beyond the specified threshold. As the oven cools, the thermostat can restore the circuit according to its reset design. This action controls abnormal heat conditions and protects the oven’s heating and electrical components.
