The Southbend 1-5875 Range Top Pilot Assembly is a complete gas ignition assembly that include a 17-5/8-inch pilot tube 1-3/8-inch flash tube and 3-inch for commercial kitchen equipment. It is installed adjacent to the burner manifold, where it deliver a continuous pilot flame to ignite the main burner when gas is supplied. The pilot tube directs gas to the pilot tip while the flash tube transfers the flame to the burner ignition point. The assembly works with the gas valve, burner and manifold to maintain consistent ignition and normal burner operation in commercial cooking equipment.
