The Southbend 15875 Range Top Pilot Assembly is a burner pilot ignition component consisting of a 17-5/8" pilot tube, 1-3/8" flash tube and 3" for commercial kitchen equipment. It is positioned near the top burner assembly, where it supplies a steady pilot flame that ignites the main burner when gas flow is activated. The pilot tube deliver gas to the tip while the flash tube transfers ignition across the burner section. The assembly operate with the gas manifold pilot valve and burner components to provide accurate ignition and maintain continuous cooking performance in commercial kitchen equipment.
