The Southbend 1160320 Range Top Pilot Assembly is a complete burner assembly that supplies and maintains the ignition flame for compatible commercial cooking equipment. The assembly include a 17-5/8-inch pilot tube 1-3/8-inch flash tube, and 3-inch pilot tip that position the pilot flame in relation to the burner. It mounts within the burner compartment and receive gas through the pilot supply line before directing the flame to the burner ignition point. The assembly works with the gas valve and burner and manifold to establish accurate burner ignition and support continuous cooking operation in commercial kitchen equipment.
