The Southbend 1163889 Range Top Pilot Assembly is a complete spare component is designed to provide a continuous ignition flame for compatible commercial kitchen equipments. The assembly incorporate a 17-5/8-inch pilot tube a 1-3/8-inch flash tube and a 3-inch pilot tip that route gas and position the pilot flame for burner ignition. It is mounted within the burner section and connects to the pilot gas supply where it operate with the burner manifold and gas control valve. The assembly maintain the pilot flame required to ignite the main burner and support normal heating performance in commercial cooking equipment.
