The Southbend SOUB42-00005 Range Top Pilot Assembly is a pilot ignition assembly designed to provide a stable standing flame for commercial kitchen equipment. It include a 17-5/8-inch pilot tube a 1-3/8-inch flash tube and a 3-inch pilot tip that meter the pilot gas flow and position the flame for proper burner ignition. The assembly is mounted near the burner manifold and connected to the pilot gas supply where it operate with the gas valve and burner assembly. It supplies the ignition source required for lighting the main burner and support consistent heating performance during commercial food preparation.
