The Southbend A42-00005 Range Top Pilot Assembly is a gas pilot burner assembly designed to establish and maintain the standing pilot flame in compatible commercial top cooking equipment. The assembly feature a 17-5/8-inch pilot tube, 1-3/8-inch flash tube and 3-inch pilot tip that deliver gas and accurately position the ignition flame near the burner. It install within the burner compartment and connect to the pilot gas supply system. The assembly operates with the manifold, gas control and burner component to provide accurate pilot ignition and support consistent burner performance throughout routine commercial kitchen operation.
