The Ultrafryer 19A193 Hi-Limit Safety Thermostat LCH with Manual Reset 450°F Fixed is a temperature-sensitive control system that senses the heat in the fryer. It works through an internal sensing system that senses overheating and required to be reset manually before the fryer can be restarted after a high limit. This component is normally mounted in the temperature control and safety system of the fryer, in the area where temperature monitoring is required, near the heating assembly. It controls operating conditions by reacting to overheating conditions, and it is part of the protective control sequence of the fryer during cooking operations.
