The Ultrafryer 19A145 Hi-Limit Safety Thermostat LCH with Manual Reset is a 450°F fixed-temperature thermostat that will monitor fryer oil temperature in commercial kitchen equipment. It works by a temperature-sensing system that opens the circuit when it is overheated and then closes again when the temperature returns to normal and must then be manually reset to allow the circuit to resume normal operation. This component is usually integrated into the fryer's control and safety system, and it is used to monitor the temperature of the oil during the cooking process.
