The Hobart 410705-00004 Hi-Limit Safety Thermostat LCH With Manual Reset 450°F Fixed is a temperature sensitive safety control that is used to monitor the operating temperature of the fryer. It is designed to detect over-temperature conditions and activate a manual reset safety system which must be reset by the operator before the fryer can be restarted. This thermostat is usually mounted inside the control and heating system of the fryer and keeps track of the oil temperature and helps to control overheating events. It is a protective element that work with the electrical control during cooking.
