The Pitco PTP5047216 Hi-Limit Thermostat LCH Type 450°F Fixed Manual Reset 5/16" Nickel Bulb is a security monitoring component used to detect abnormal temperature increases in commercial systems. It measure heat within cooking area and triggers a shutdown of the heating circuit if the fixed temperature limit is reached. This manual-reset design prevent the fryer from automatically restarting, allowing operators to inspect the equipment before returning it to service. It assists in managing thermal security, supports equipment accurately and provides secure kitchen operation in demanding food service conditions.
