The Pitco P5047216 Hi-Limit Thermostat LCH Type 450°F Fixed Manual Reset 5/16" Nickel Bulb is a thermal-secure system installed in compatible commercial fryer equipment systems. The thermostat monitors heat levels through its sensing bulb and is designed to deactivate the heating circuit when the fixed limit is reached. Following activation, a manual reset is required to ensure that operating issues are investigated and corrected. As a dedicated secure component within the fryer control assembly, it assists in maintaining secure equipment operation and protecting temperature-sensitive system elements from heat-related pressure.
