The Garland 2511 Natural Gas Safety Control is a part of a propane management system that is used in commercial cooking equipment, to regulate the supply to the burners and ensure proper operation. It is designed for 3.5" WC applications and includes the Model 7000 BMVR configuration for compatibility with approved heating systems. It works to activate the unit and to deliver the gas smoothly during repeated cooking procedures. Generally, this is performed when the response of the valve is not accurate during regulation or when the communication between the equipment is not stable during commercial foodservice applications.
