The Dean 8072428 Natural Gas Safety Control is a gas valve assembly for natural gas, 3.5" for use in commercial appliance systems. It controls and supervises gas supply to the Burner system which include controlled ignition, stable flame and automatic shut-off in unsafe conditions. This Model 7000 BMVR is an appliance insert for use in compatible appliances found in commercial kitchens, such as restaurants and food service applications. Acts alongside thermostats and ignition controls to ensure the burner performs correctly during the cooking cycles, also as part of the safety and combustion control system of the appliances.
