The Frymaster FM8100014 Natural Gas Safety Control is a 120V compatible millivolt gas control valve for use in commercial appliance systems. It controls gas flow to the burner assembly with a safety-controlled valve mechanism that is responsive to the thermopile signal of the appliance and only allows gas to flow when ignition conditions are met. It is normally used in the gas train to control ignition, flame supervision, and safe shutoffs, during the operation cycles, and is commonly installed in appliance models. When applied to real-world foodservice applications, it assists produce consistent fryer performance, thereby controlling combustion and keeping gas away from unsafe release in standby or fault scenarios in commercial kitchen settings.
