The Hobart 348392-1 Natural Gas Safety Control is a part of unit regulation and burner protection for commercial cooking equipment, that regulates flow during cooking cycles. It is a 3.5" WC design with the Model 7000 BMVR design for compatibility with designated systems. This control is located inside the management assembly and operates in conjunction with the systems and supply assembly connected to the management assembly. It is intended to facilitate the activation of controls during repeated cooking during its working period. A replacement is generally done when performance is not uniform during regular commercial kitchen use, as part of the maintenance procedure.
