The Frymaster FM17262 Filter Motor is a 1/3 horsepower motor that drives the filtration pump in the compatible commercial fryer systems. It is designed to run on single-phase at 50/60 Hz, and it powers the pump that circulates cooking oil through the filtration assembly of the fryer. This system can be used in commercial kitchens to remove particles and sediment in used oil by pumping the used oil through filter media. The motor will provide the mechanical power needed to move oil between the fryer and the filtration unit, which will facilitate the proper operation of the oil and fryers.
