The Frymaster FM8073686 Fryer Filter Motor is a 1/3 horsepower motor that is used to power the oil filtration pump in other compatible commercial equipment. It is designed to operate on single phase 50/60 Hz and drives the pump, which circulates cooking oil in the filtering system of the fryer. This circulation process in commercial foodservice removes debris in the oil as it is filtered. It is used in the fryer assembly to move the pump that moves the oil between the fryer and the filtration unit, keeps the oil clean, and facilitates the frying conditions when the kitchen is in operation.
