The Frymaster FM810-2337 Filter Motor is a 1/3 horsepower motor that drives the oil filtration pump in the compatible commercial fryer systems. The motor is designed to operate on single phase 50/60 Hz, and it drives the pump to circulate the cooking oil in the filtration system. This circulation cycle eliminates debris and sediment generated in the course of frying in restaurant kitchens and foodservice facilities. The fryer assembly has a motor that assists in the filtration process by giving the mechanical force required to circulate oil between the fryer vat and filter unit during the maintenance of the oil.
