The Frymaster FM8102100 Fryer Filter Motor is an electric motor with a power of 1/3 horsepower that is used to drive the oil filtration pump in the commercial systems. This uses a single-phase 50/60 Hz electrical supply and is used to run the pump to circulate the cooking oil through the filtration assembly of the fryer. The oil is passed through filter media by the filtration system to eliminate food particles and sediment. There is a component of the oil management system that supplies the mechanical force to move oil between the fryer and the filtration unit to aid in maintaining oil.
