The Frymaster FM810-2100 Fryer Filter Motor is a 1/3 horsepower electric motor that can be used in the filtration system of the compatible commercial fryers. It is on a single phase of 50/60 Hz electrical supply, which drives the pump that circulates cooking oil through the filter assembly. This is used in restaurant and foodservice kitchens to enable used oil to flow through filtration media, which removes food particles and residue from frying activities. The motor is part of the oil management system of the fryer, which provides the mechanical movement of oil between the fryer vat and the filtration unit.
