The Frymaster FM807-3686 Fryer Filter Motor is a 1/3 horsepower electric motor that is used to drive the oil filtration pump in other compatible commercial systems. It is operated on a single-phase 50/60 Hz power supply and circulates cooking oil through the filtration assembly. In restaurant kitchens and foodservice operations is used to pump oil through filter media to remove food particles and residue that is produced during frying. This gives the mechanical power needed to move oil between the fryer and the filtration unit to aid in the proper management of oil and the maintenance of the fryer.
