The Frymaster 8076317 Bi-Rotational Pump Gasket Kit is a fluid transport assembly that is compatible with commercial fryers that have 2-inch center mounting holes. This part comprises a valve which is fitted in the internal fluid circuit of the unit to transfer oil or water exactly when it is operating normally. Replacement is normally done during maintenance when the pump has become worn or the gasket is worn out, and it is influencing the flow. The assembly uses mounting hardware, seals and piping to ensure continuous performance in restaurants, cafeterias, and foodservice operations.
