The Dean 826-2795 Bi-Rotational Pump and Gasket Kit is a fluid handling assembly to fit compatible commercial fryers that have 2-inch center mounting holes. This kit includes a bi-rotational pump and corresponding gaskets that are installed in the fluid system of the fryer to circulate oil or liquid in an accurate manner during use. It is usually changed during repairs in case of low supply or gasket erosion. The pump and gaskets are attached to the existing fittings and provide a steady flow. The kit is plumbed and uses hardware to maintain proper operation in restaurants, cafeterias, and kitchens.
