The Dean 826-1264 Bi-Rotational Pump and Gasket Kit is a replacement fluid pump and gasket set to fit the compatible fryers that have 2-inch center mounting holes. The bi-rotational pump installed in the internal fluid circuit gives an accurate flow of oil or liquid when the fryer is running normally. The gaskets provided are leak-resistant at mounting points. This assembly is changed when the performance of the pump used is decreasing or when the sealing surfaces are in bad condition. It cooperates with mounting equipment and plumbing connections to ensure stable circulation.
