The Frymaster FM807-11972 Bi-Rotational Pump and Gasket Kit is an assembly of fluid circulation to be used in fryers that are compatible and have a center mounting hole of 2 inches. It has a bi-rotational pump and other gaskets that are fitted into the fluid circuit of the fryer to circulate oil or liquid in normal cooking or filtration operations. This kit is usually changed during the maintenance process when reduced delivery or gasket wear is identified. It is compatible with the existing plumbing, mounting points, and seals to ensure correct operation of the fryers in restaurants, and foodservice facilities.
