The Frymaster FM8071968 Bi-Rotational Pump and Gasket Kit is a fluid handling system to be installed in suitable commercial fryers that have 2-inch centre mounting holes. It has a bi-rotational pump and gaskets that are fitted in the internal fluid circuit of the fryer to push oil or liquid in the course of normal operation. Replacement is usually done during maintenance when the performance of the flow is deteriorated or when the surfaces to be sealed are worn. The assembly is compatible with and installed with existing plumbing and is used to maintain constant circulation in restaurants and kitchens.
