The Frymaster FM8071197-2 Bi-Rotational Pump & Gasket Kit is a fluid handling assembly designed for compatible commercial fryers requiring 2-inch center mounting holes. The kit contains a bi-rotational pump, and associated gaskets installed in the fryer’s fluid circuit to move oil or liquid during standard operation. It supports consistent fluid movement and is replaced during maintenance when reduced delivery or gasket wear is present. The assembly works with existing plumbing connections, and mounting hardware to sustain accurate performance in restaurant, and catering kitchens.
