The Frymaster FM8071995 Bi-Rotational Pump and Gasket Kit is a fluid circulation assembly that is compatible with a commercial system of 2-inch center mounting holes. It has a bi-rotational pump and sealing gaskets, which get fitted in the inner fluid path of the fryer to circulate oil during usual cooking and filtration processes. This kit is usually changed during regular maintenance, where there is diminished circulation, internal wear, or gasket leakage in operation. It is compatible with the existing plumbing connections and mounting placed to retain the correct operation of a fryer in foodservice kitchens.
