The Frymaster FM826-1264 Bi-Rotational Pump and Gasket Kit is a circulation assembly to be used with compatible fryers that have 2-inch center mounting holes. This kit consists of a bi-rotational pump and sealing gaskets that are fitted in the inner oil circuit to assist in the constant flow of the liquid in the unit when operating normally. It is an essential to move oil between tanks as needed. This kit is normally changed during maintenance in the event of lower flow, internal wear, or gasket failure. It is a plumbing and mounting hardware interface that allows the stable operation of fryers in commercial kitchens and foodservice facilities.
