The Frymaster FM8261261 Bi-Rotational Pump and Gasket Kit is a fluid circulation part that is installed in a compatible commercial system with 2-inch center mounting holes. It is composed of a bi-rotational pump and matching gaskets that are installed in the fryer oil transfer system to aid in the controlled liquid flow during normal operation. The pump helps in the transfer of oil between fry vats and filtration assemblies. This kit is normally changed in case of normal maintenance when a decrease in flow or gasket wear is noticed. It links to the available piping and mounting holes to aid in maintaining the performance of fryers in commercial foodservice kitchens.
