The Dean 826-1261 Bi-Rotational Pump and Gasket Kit is a replacement part, that is compatible with commercial fryers that have 2-inch center mounting holes. It consists of a product that fits inside the fluid system of the equipment to facilitate the movement of oil or filtration flow through the system when it is operating normally. It is often changed in the course of servicing when performance is compromised by low flow or gasket wear. It is fitted with existing mounts and plumbing to ensure stable fluid handling.
