The Dean 8262795 Bi-Rotational Pump and Gasket Kit is fluid handling assembly to fit compatible commercial fryers that have 2-inch center mounting holes. It has a bi-rotational pump and gaskets fitted in the fluid circuit of the fryer to circulate oil or liquid during normal operation. This kit assists in maintaining constant circulation and is usually changed in the course of maintenance in case of seal wear or decreased flow is observed. The assembly is compatible with the current plumbing, mount, and hardware to ensure proper operation in the kitchens, cafeterias, and foodservice operations.
