The Frymaster FM8261264 Bi-Rotational Pump and Gasket Kit is a new fluid transfer assembly designed to replace the old fluid transfer assembly on compatible commercial fryers with 2-inch center mounting holes. The kit also has a bi-rotational pump and sealing gaskets that are fitted in the fryer's internal oil circulation path to move oil during the cooking and filtration processes. The replacement is usually done when the performance of the pump is low or the integrity of the gaskets is low. The assembly is installed as a part of the existing plumbing, mounting, and seals to ensure proper operation in restaurants, cafeterias, and foodservice settings.
