The Market Forge 97-5548 Natural Gas Safety Valve with 1/2" FPT side outlets is a gas control part used in a commercial cooking systems. It controls and switches off the supply of natural gas in the appliance gas train in response to system controls and safety signals. Outlets on the side to connect to the other gas lines within the assembly. It is usually fitted in and steam cooking systems where it is necessary to control the delivery of gas. It is positioned on the gas safety circuit, which ensures the secure operation of the system, as it isolates the flow in case of shutdown or faulty conditions.
