The Dean 806-0181 Operating Fenwal Thermostat MJ35/J1C is a temperature controller component that is used in commercial fryer systems to maintain a constant level of oil heat. It is mounted in the control assembly of the fryer and detects changes in temperature and switches the heating elements to suit the chosen setting.
