The Frymaster FM807-0097 Operating Fenwal Thermostat is a temperature controller equipment that is used in MJ35/J1C fryers in order to monitor and control the amount of oil heat produced during commercial cooking systems. It is attached to the regulating assembly where it can detect temperature via a probe and can be linked to the heating system. This thermostat is built in and connected to internal wiring, and in use it only needs to be activated. Replacement is normally done during the maintenance process when accuracy is lost and the fryer can be allowed to proceed with the repetitive cooking cycles.
