The Dean 807-0097 Temperature Fenwal Thermostat W/Wire Leads 75-550F 1/4" Push-ON 1/2" NPT Mount 4-3/4" Probe is a control part in the commercial equipment that tracks the temperature. It is placed in the regulated system and reacts to temperature changes that occur during use. The thermostat is specifically created for use with MJ35/J1C fryers and works with the electrical systems and elements. It's always active during the fryer operation.
