The Frymaster FM8060183 Operating Fenwal Thermostat is an operating component of MJ35/J1C fryer units to control the temperature of oils during cooking cycles. It is mounted in the control assembly, where it measures the heat by a probe that is inserted in the tank of the fryer. This thermostat transmits to the heating system and is connected with internal wiring to facilitate stable operation. Usually installed in the commercial kitchen, it is at the center of ensuring the cooking space. Replacement is normally done as part of maintenance when the performance enables the fryer to be used during the daily use period.
