The Frymaster FM807-0098 Operating Fenwal Thermostat is a regulating part that is utilized in MJ35/J1C fryer systems to control oil temperature when operating in commercial systems. It is mounted in the control housing where it measures the amount of heat in the system via a probe and transmits signals to the system. This thermostat will connect to the wiring of the unit and will run during cooking periods to assists in stabilizing operation. It is a variation in temperature and ensures a constant temperature level. Replacement is also normally done during servicing when the response becomes faulty, so that it can be used.
