The Dean 8060813 Temperature Fenwal Thermostat W/Wire Leads 75-550F 1/4" Push-ON 1/2" NPT Mount 4-3/4" Probe is used to ensures an even cooking temperature in commercial systems. This apparatus is mounted in the control section, monitors temperature, and communicates with the heat system. It's compatible with the MJ35/J1C and is hard-wired. It works throughout the cooking process and assists even cooking. It is usually swapped out during maintenance if its response to the temperature is inconsistent, enabling the fryer to continue operating at its maximum efficiency.
