The Dean 8070098 Temperature Fenwal Thermostat W/Wire Leads 75-550F 1/4" Push-ON 1/2" NPT Mount 4-3/4" Probe is a replacement temperature regulation component used in the fryer equipment to ensure consistent in commercial cooking conditions. It is placed into the control assembly where it detects heat via a probe that is inserted into the cooking cavity. This unit is compatible with the respective systems. Replacement is usually performed during maintenance when the accuracy is lost, and the fryer can still be used during regular cooking procedures.
