The Frymaster FM806-0181 Fenwal Thermostat W/Wire Leads is a temperature controller used in a fryer to regulate heat during cooking. This thermostat has a range of 75-550 F, 4-3 /4 inch probe, a 1/2 NPT mount, and 1/4 inch push-on wire leads, which verify their compatibility with specific models.
