The Frymaster FM8070097 Operating Fenwal Thermostat is a sensory element of the MJ35/J1C fryers to monitor temperature in line with cooking processes. It is mounted in the control system and monitors the heat of oil and is connected with the heating assembly. This thermostat is connected to internal wiring, and it will be in operation all the time that the fryer is in operation. It is commonly used as commercial kitchen equipment, which is connected with system controls. Replacement is usually done during maintenance when the appliance inaccurate readings and so it able to continue working with cooking processes.
