The Frymaster FM8060813 Operating Fenwal Thermostat is a sensing part of MJ35/J1C fryers that controls the level of temperature during operation. It is fitted in the regulating part where it detects the temperature of oil by use of its probe and sends the signal to the system. This thermostat is connected to the electrical component of the unit and is turned on throughout cooking processes. It is a common component in commercial kitchen equipment and allows it to maintain steady performance. Replacement is usually done during servicing when readings lack consistency to enable operation to be continued during normal frying operations.
